Dr Ballard, I have trouble finding the words that express just how appreciative I am of you, Mike and your staff at all locations... O.C., Tualatin & the Surgery Center. You first revised a knee replacement performed by another 'Surgeon'. That knee is still going strong many years later. Recently, I went through 6 months of debilitating pain in my other knee. When I finally scheduled a date for my TKR, you assured me that you could improve the quality of my life. You have stayed on the cutting edge of technology, techniques & equipment. I trusted you!! I am now 5+ months post Surgery. I'm playing 18 holes of golf 2 to 3 times a week. If I have any discomfort, it's in my back or shoulder from bad swings... but not my knees. I am living a fun, active life beyond what I ever thought was possible. Before Surgery, you told me you'd take care of me... Please know you succeeded!! Thank you so very much for your kindness, skill & follow-up. While I hope the next time I see you is on the golf course, I know if I needed the Dr part again... you'd be there.
